To support all of our scholars we have an Academic Collaboration Team. This team consists of Special Education and English Language Learners Teachers. We call the team "ACT" as a small step in dismantling negative stigmas around extra support.

Title IX is a federal law that says a school has a responsibility to promptly and efficiently respond to gender discrimination. This can be in the form of sexual misconduct, dating violence, stalking, or retaliation.IPS takes this responsibility very seriously and ensure these matters are handled with the utmost care and discretion.

Complaints or reports alleging sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, stalking, or gender discrimination, including sexual orientation or gender identity, involving an Adelante Schools student,  employee, or person affiliated with Adelante Schools should be immediately reported to the Title IX Coordinator.

Complaints or reports may be made anonymously, but no disciplinary action will be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
