Jordan Habayeb
Chief Operating Officer
Jordan Habayeb is the Chief Operating Officer for Adelante Schools. A graduate of Ball State University, he began his educational journey as a Teach For America - Detroit Corps Member and later served as a leadership coach and Assistant Principal. He holds master's degrees from Oakland University and Columbia University.
Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mr. Habayeb's passion for education is deeply personal, shaped by his own experiences as a special education student and navigating his identity as someone of Middle Eastern descent. He oversees all operational aspects of schooling, from finance to all systems, and is committed to ensuring they are both effective and equitable.
Through his work in more than 20 schools, he has seen firsthand how strong operations are crucial for advancing equity and raising the bar in schools. Mr. Habayeb aims to build systems that put families, scholars, and teachers first.
