Kendra Randle

Executive Principal

Kendra Randle is the Executive Principal at the Emma Donnan campus of Adelante Schools. With a solid seven-year track record of teaching students from 1st to 5th grade in Memphis, TN, and Indianapolis, IN, she brings a wealth of classroom experience to her leadership role. Randle is a distinguished graduate of Kentucky State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and she furthered her expertise with a Master of Arts in Education from Union University. Her journey with Adelante began in its inaugural year, where she initially served as a Dean and then advanced to the role of Principal in Residence. Randle's leadership is fueled by a deep-seated passion to empower scholars by providing them with the means to engage fully with the world around them. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to education, Randle is a proud recipient of the prestigious Milken Educator Award.
